Tariq Al-Badareen is a reinsurance professional with over 15 years of experience in treaty and facultative reinsurance across multiple lines of business. He has built strong expertise in reinsurance program structuring, treaty optimization, portfolio analysis, and market coordination, supporting underwriting profitability and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining the brokerage sector, Tariq held reinsurance management roles within the insurance sector in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the Hashemite University in Jordan.

He is currently pursuing the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation.
