Years of combined experience at the executive level
Basim R. Faris is the Founder, Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Fenchurch Faris Ltd. He holds a BBA from the American University of Beirut and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London (FCII). Prior to establishing Fenchurch Faris, he was employed by and later became Group Vice President of Arab Commercial Enterprises/Sedgwick.
Rafat Faris is the Chief Executive Officer. He graduated from McMaster University in Canada with a degree in Economics and is a chartered member of the Insurance Institute of Canada (CIP). He worked at Marsh in Toronto and then in Aon's Property and Liability Department before joining Fenchurch Faris in 2004.
Zayd Faris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD. He worked at NBK Capital in New York and began his insurance career in Abu Dhabi in 2007.
Mohammed El-Sayed is COO of Fenchurch Faris Ltd.'s insurance arm in Athens, Greece. He completed a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics, followed by postgraduate studies in Business Administration. Mohammed joined Fenchurch Faris in 1985.
Imad Garaisy is Deputy COO at Fenchurch Faris. He holds a Law Degree and is fluent in Arabic (mother tongue), English, Greek, and Romanian.
Magda Pastalatzi is Chief Broking Officer at Fenchurch Faris. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organisational Behaviour and speaks English, French, and Greek (mother tongue).
Kannan Nagarajan is the CFO at Fenchurch Faris Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), a Chartered Insurance Broker, and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London (ACII).
